Commercial Strip & Wax Floor Services

Professional Hard Surface Floor Stripping & Refinishing

Commercial vinyl composition tile (VCT), terrazzo, linoleum, and hard surface floors endure relentless foot traffic, equipment wear, and soil buildup every single day. Over time, old finish darkens, yellowing and scratching weaken the protective seal, leaving your business looking worn. At Haro Cleaning Services LLC, we provide specialized commercial strip and wax services designed to restore mirror-like shine and extend the lifespan of your facility’s flooring across the South Suburbs.

Using heavy-duty floor scrubbers, commercial strippers, and premium high-solids wax finishes, Luis and our trained floor technicians systematically strip away yellowed wax coatings, ground-in dirt, and heel marks before applying multiple fresh coats of durable protective polish.

Our Multi-Step Floor Stripping & Waxing Process:

• Complete Surface Preparation: Sweeping, scraping, and detail cleaning edges and corners to remove top-level debris and dust.
• Heavy-Duty Wax Stripping: Applying commercial-grade stripper solutions to break down old layers of discolored wax and embedded dirt.
• Mechanical Floor Scrubbing: Utilizing rotary floor machines and heavy-duty stripping pads to agitate and lift all old chemical buildup from tile surfaces.
• Slurry Extraction & Neutralizing Rinse: Extracting liquid waste slurry with high-capacity wet vacuums and performing neutral pH freshwater rinses to ensure proper wax adhesion.
• Multi-Coat Premium Finish Application: Applying multiple thin, even coats of high-solids industrial wax sealants for optimal durability and extreme depth of gloss.
• High-Speed Burnishing (Buffing): Polishing dry finish coats with high-speed burnishers to harden the seal and produce a brilliant, slip-resistant wet-look shine.
